En aquest taller conversarem entorn del cicle menstrual i les diferents fases. Entendrem una mica millor com funciona el nostre cos i experimentarem amb diferents receptes que ens poden anar especialment bé en diferents fases del cicle, a més de veure els beneficis d’utilitzar un calendari menstrual en paper. Alguns dies tendim a experimentar més fatiga, d’altres ens convé minimitzar la inflamació, i de vegades ens caurà especialment bé la xocolata negra… En aquest punt de trobada intercanviarem experiències, consells i cuinarem plats deliciosos entre totes!
