Descobrirem receptes entorn de la tortilla, el símbol culinari que representa el que és mexicà i que s’ha convertit en patrimoni de la humanitat. Avui dia s’estima el consum d’aquest preuat aliment entorn les 300 unitats diàries en tot el món. Amb les tortilles prepararem tacos suaus i daurats, sopa de tortilla i pastís asteca, per exemple.
