Taller 'Respiració completa' *NOU*

El tràfec de la vida moderna ens accelera i descompassa la respiració. Mitjançant senzills exercicis de pràctica respiratòria, aptes per a tothom, prendrem consciència de com respirem i millorarem la nostra respiració per fer-la més funcional a l’hora de cantar, fer sonar un instrument, parlar en públic, practicar snorkel, alliberar tensions, guanyar resistència física o, simplement, alegrar l’expressió del rostre.
