Taller per a joves 'Verticals i equilibris invertits'

La vertical és el món apassionant de l’equilibri del nostre cos sobre les mans. Una vegada ho proves, no pots parar. En aquest curs d’iniciació ens centrarem en la correcta col·locació del cos per aconseguir diferents verticals; agrupada, extensa, amb cames obertes,... utilitzant diferents pujades i baixades.

Començant des d’un nivell zero i practicant postures invertides sobre el cap farem exercicis d’equilibri en vertical així com exercicis específics de preparació física, flexibilitat i estiraments
