El ioga amb enfocament terapèutic ens ajudarà a millorar el nostre desenvolupament personal, la nostra qualitat de vida, ens farà sentir autocuidades, lliures i sanes. Mitjançant el moviment i la respiració, trobarem l'equilibri entre força, estabilitat i flexibilitat en tots els aspectes de la vida: físics, psíquics i emocionals.
