Taller 'Lasanyes'

La lasanya és originàriament una preparació italiana a base de làmines de pasta intercalades amb diversos farcits. Però actualment el terme ‘lasanya’ també serveix per designar qualsevol plat format per capes de diferents tipus d'aliments, bé siguin de pasta o no. Doncs bé: a partir d'aquesta visió creativa en aquest taller podràs conèixer tota una sèrie de receptes fàcils, espectaculars i delicioses.
