Mantén el teu cos en forma amb aquest taller on es treballarà una correcta postura corporal, la respiració, estiraments, exercicis per exercitar totes les parts del cos amb moviments suaus i la relaxació, per descansar tant el cos com la ment. 

Observacions: Cal portar roba i calçat còmodes.
