Taller 'Autoestima - Jo sóc la dona de la meva vida'

Mitjançant exercicis i jocs donem valor a les nostres vivències i trajectòries com a font de sabers que ens permetran l’impuls per a emprendre juntes un camí guaridor, de seguretat i autonomia.

Treballem per l’autoconeixement, el poder personal i col·lectiu, serem escoltes de la nostra veu interior. La col·lectivització de problemàtiques, ens permet ressonar, es tracta de posar-li el cos a les situacions per a visualitzar el que la paraula oculta, i arribar a l’acció.
