Taller 'Un grup d’entrenament kuir' a càrrec d’Ozana Marginean

Proposem una trobada kuir d’entrenament per piratejar la idea de gimnàs, de vegades normatiu i hostil, i crear un espai més amable i segur per als cossos diversos.

Reconeixerem allò que el nostre cos-ment necessita per tal de connectar amb els nostres desitjos, ja sigui respirant profundament o movent el cos d’una manera connectada als nostres impulsos.

Sacsejar-nos, estirar-nos, estrènyer-nos, deixar-nos anar... són moviments que produeixen un estat d’alliberació per al sistema nerviós.

Els exercicis seran molt variats. I jugarem amb la mobilitat, la locomoció quadrúpeda i la coordinació. Ens observarem internament per connectar pulsacions i pensaments col·lectius.

Et pots apuntar al nombre de sessions que vulguis. Tant si és a una, a dos, com a totes tres.
