Killing Pizarro és el resultat d’un exercici estètic anticolonial. Un grup fundat per llatinoamericans a Barcelona, ​​que reivindica les seves pròpies arrels en connexió amb altres cultures per construir una identitat en un món caminant.

Una música que, com tot migrant, deambula: des de la cúmbia andina feia influències folklòriques de tot el sud global, de Buenos Aires a Marràqueix, de São Paulo a Addis Abeba, de Montevideo a Hanoi.

Una música que marxa de braços oberts cap al que abraça, amb el front alt contra el que colpeja.
