La Chalmeta is a cooperative housing under use that is located in La Marina del Prat Vermell. It is a project by Pau Vidal + Vivas Arquitectos that has 32 units of coexistence with spaces for community use and commercial use. The community actively participated in the design and construction phase, shaping spaces according to their needs. The project incorporates a series of criteria for bioconstruction, healthy design and energy efficiency.
