Always open to innovation & new challenges. Currently motivated to embrace changes in logistics and imagining the Port of the future in order to make it happen. Recently (January 2021) I was appointed Director of Innovation and Business Strategy at the Port of Barcelona. Previously I worked as Business Development Director (2010-2020) also at the Barcelona Port Authority, building up partnerships with our customers. I Started my career in Shipping in 1999, working at Transglory, a Freight Forwarder with Headquarters in Barcelona (Spain), being in charge of developing the agents network in Asia as the Director of Transglory Asia Ltd. with base in Hong Kong. Also, I have been working at Portic Barcelona S.A. (the Port Community System of the Port of Barcelona) as Sales & Marketing Manager. My academic background is in Economics & Executive Education, specialized in Foreign Trade & Logistics.
