Torró de Xixona mousse with rolled wafers and chocolate
Ingredients
- 1 packet Xixona torró (soft nougat)
- 1 packet wafer rolls
- 1 block melting chocolate (70% cocoa)
- 200g whipped cream
- 50 cl single cream
A mild, spongy and airy mousse, with a strong taste of torró perfectly combined with chocolate.
Step-by-step method:
Melt the torró with the single cream on a low heat.
Allow to cool, add the whipped cream and leave to set in the fridge.
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
Fill the waffles with the mousse and serve topped with the melted chocolate.
