Ingredients

  • 4 round medium-sized apples
  • Toffees
  • 50 g butter
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 1 spoon flour
  • Cinnamon, orange peel

A few apples, pieces of toffee, butter, sugar and flour will give you these truly original deserts.

Preparation:

Cut the apples in half, core them and make a couple of concentric marks round the hole you have just made. Put them head down on a wooden chopping board and make vertical cuts all round.

Then put the apples head up on a baking tray with a toffee in the middle.
Make a paste with the butter, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and a little orange peel, then spread it over the apples. Cook them in the oven until they are a nice colour.
