El "Master's Degree in Landscape Intervention and Heritage Management" proposa la formació d’experts capaços de desenvolupar projectes d’ordenació del paisatge tenint específicament en compte la seva implicació en equips multidisciplinars a l’hora d’elaborar propostes d’intervenció i gestió, ja que la formació d’experts en aquest àmbit constitueix clarament una necessitat social i professional específicament reconeguda pel Consell d’Europa a l’hora de promoure la Convenció Europea del Paisatge l’any 2000. En els darrers 15 anys, les polítiques i estratègies de paisatge s’han convertit en un objectiu reconegut per les administracions públiques i els responsables de la presa de decisions a l’hora de concebre la planificació urbana i territorial sobre la base de la creativitat i la innovació.

Al mateix temps, aquest curs aprofita la relació institucional i de recerca establerta entre el Museu d’Història de Barcelona (MUHBA) i la Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona per compartir una recerca comuna al voltant del paisatge i del patrimoni urbà.

The International Master’s Degree in Landscape Intervention and Heritage Management is devoted to the specialized training of multidisciplinary experts on landscape and heritage. The Master’s focuses on the design and promotion of a new generation of projects based on environmental sustainability and cultural creativity.

The Master’s programme adresses to international students interested in acquiring a professional expertise in the feld of landscape and heritage projects on the basis of highly specialised intervention and management skills. The programme intends to ofer an academic background which is specifcally confgured for taking advantage of the leading excellence experience of Catalonia and the city of Barcelona regarding innovation when defning landscape and heritage strategies and policies.

The Master’s proposes a multi-faceted approach to the main challenges that landscape planning and heritage management are facing at the present moment, taking into account the diferent dimensions – social, cultural, economic, environmental– of a very wide range of landscapes and territories to work with. The Master’s has been ofered with no interruption since 2000 and it does constitutes a solid leading postgraduate ofer in landscape and heritage studies in Barcelona, after 17 years of academic expertise.

Students from all diferent disciplines looking for a Master’s Degree taught 100% in English are welcome to enrol the programme. No technical background (architecture or engineering studies) is required.

¿A qui està adreçat?

El Màster està adreçat a qualsevol estudiant amb una formació bàsica superior (mínim 180 ECTS) en qualsevol camp específic del coneixement que tracti amb el paisatge i el patrimoni en un sentit ampli. Així doncs, els estudiants amb una formació tècnica, ambiental, social, humanística o científica són benvinguts. Els tècnics i professionals que treballen tant en el sector privat com en el públic també poden assistir al programa.

En el moment de ser proposat el projecte de Final de Màster serà un requisit indispensable verificar l’assistència efectiva de tot el cicle formatiu del programa.

Preu

Master’s Degree Total Fee: 10.200 euros (Split payment transaction).

Includes the attendance to all the academic activities of the Master’s: Courses, workshops, and seminars.
