Victòria Camps
Philosopher
Victòria Camps is a professor emeritus of Moral and Political Philosophy at the Autonomous University of Barcelona and holds honoris causa doctorates from the universities of Huelva and Salamanca.
She is the chair of the Víctor Grífols i Lucas Foundation and has been a permanent member on the Spanish Council of State since 2018. Over the course of her career, she has been an independent senator for the Catalan Socialist Party (PSC), a member of the Audiovisual Council of Catalonia, and the chair of the Spanish and Catalan Bioethics Committees.
