He has been a consultant on programmes run by the Inter-American Development Bank, the OECD, the European Commission, the Council of Europe, the World Bank and the United Nations, as well as the main economic adviser to the Embassy of South Korea in Spain. He is the author of the book España 2030: Gobernar el futuro [Spain 2030: Governing the Future] (Deusto, 2016).
