(Salamanca, 1968). He holds a PhD in Geography and is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Tourism at the University of Girona.
He is also the Director of the Institute of Tourism Research (INSETUR) and has served as the scientific director of the National Commitment to Responsible Tourism, as well as leading the study on Barcelona’s accommodation capacity limits.
