Eva García Chueca is the scientific coordinator of the CIDOB Global Cities Programme and a researcher at the University of Coimbra’s Centre for Social Studies.
She was part of the Political Department on the Right to the City and Cities for All, linked to the United Nations Habitat III Conference (2015-2016), and was executive coordinator of the Committee on Social Inclusion, Participatory Democracy and Human Rights of the global network United Cities and Local Governments (UCLG) between 2007 and 2014. During that time, she created and coordinated the Inclusive Cities Observatory.
