Elisa Stinus Bru de Sala

She holds a PhD in Public Policy and Social Transformation from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) and is a researcher at Barcelona’s Institut Infància i Adolescència [Institute for Childhood and Adolescence].
Her doctoral thesis examines personal, family and work reconciliation policies in Spain, Catalonia and Norway, with a research fellowship at the University of Oslo. She has worked in the field of time use policies, and in childhood, education, gender and work-life balance. Elisa is particularly interested in the link between knowledge and action with a view to promoting evidence-based public policies and in cooperation and discussion with the main stakeholders involved.
