Terraform is an audiovisual projection art piece that turns a building's façade into a living canvas to explore the transformative potential of technology. Through laser-guided generative growth and artificial intelligence, the creation demonstrates how technological precision can shape and enhance natural evolution, creating a fascinating symbiosis between digital innovation and organic development.
The architectural surface becomes a metaphor for future possibilities, where buildings evolve into hybrid ecosystems that actively improve their environment through natural integration. This experience invites reflection on how technology can nurture and guide nature, highlighting its potential to create more sustainable urban spaces. The installation thus becomes a window into a future where architecture seamlessly integrates living systems, improving air quality, biodiversity, and human wellbeing through the harmonious fusion of the artificial and the organic.
Lukáš Dřevjaný, known by his artistic name ‘OXOO’, is an audiovisual creator who got his start on the underground rave scene and is a rising star at the cutting edge of contemporary digital art. His work fuses elements of abstract expressionism with a futuristic vision, creating immersive visual experiences that challenge conventional perceptions of reality. Through intense colours and bold contrasts, he explores the tension between opposing concepts: chaos and order, technology and humanity, digital and physical, thus expanding the horizons of traditional visual narrative.
His creations invite viewers on a journey into uncharted territories, where the changing digital forms spark visceral reactions in viewers. OXOO investigates the transformative potential of technology as a creative force, exploring how, when guided by ethical and sustainable principles, it can catalyse growth, renewal and harmony in the natural world, becoming a driver of positive social change.
