The garden of Can Framis Museum, a historic space in Poblenou linked to the textile industry and presided over by its iconic chimney, serves as the stage for an immersive work that bridges the past and the future. Inspired by the old industrial looms, the installation recreates patterns of light and smoke that evoke the movement of machines and the frenzied activity of factories.

In a setting that once bustled with activity where steam was a symbol of progress, the old machines give way to light patterns that recreate the looms’ movement. This transformation symbolises a paradigm shift and makes the connection between tradition and modernity visible. How can we preserve the memory of these spaces as we move towards a technological future? Loominiscència offers a sensory experience that weaves together history and innovation, connecting visitors with a past that still defines us.
