How many times have you been to an amusement park and had a picture taken with a mascot without thinking about everything that’s behind this?

The mascot is an attraction in itself, the subject of exposure and laughter. It is not just an icon: it also represents the instability of an industry that has had to reinvent and debase itself in order to earn a living. Working under conditions bordering on the inhuman, they must always smile and amuse their exploiters.

This installation does not directly involve light sources but instead uses a reflective material that can make the light from the flashes of spectators who are taking pictures bounce back in a different form.
