Relax and Release is an interactive digital installation that encourages movement and play and takes its visitors on a journey of relaxation and liberation. The visual result of the piece depends completely on how the audience moves, thereby rewarding interactions and connectedness among people. This work aims to improve the connection with the physical and emotional facets, and perhaps, the magic, of the human body and mind.
