Exhibition of the “Seguici Popular"

The  Exhibition of the Seguici Popular [Communal Procession] is coming back to La Virreina, the venue where this it’s traditionally held. From 14 to 24 September you’ll be able to see the Capgrossos Macers, els Giants of the City, the Eagle, the Lion, the Mulassa, the Ox, el Drac, the She-dragon, the Serene Dragon, the Cavallets Cotoners, the Giants of El Pi and those of Santa Maria del Mar. El Seguici, which was created in 1993, features the most representative figures of the city’s festival history, which play a key symbolic role in the celebrations. The Ball de Bastons del Seguici [Stick Dance], also have a role to play, as do the Falcons de Barcelona since 2019.
