The recent approval of the Act to foster the start-up ecosystem (Law 28/2022) makes Barcelona a more attractive city for the creation and growth of start-ups, facilitating the arrival of tech professionals, investors, entrepreneurs and digital nomads.

In this section you can find out the reach of application of this new legislation, its advantages and the simplification of procedures, the streamlining of the process for foreigners to be issued an ID card (NIE) and the different tax breaks for all entrepreneurs and investors looking to work in the city.

With the help of experts, we will learn and resolve any doubts about new visas for digital nomads, assistance for obtaining work permits for students, the new treatment of stock options such as the remuneration of talent, etc.

And to culminate the session we will have some networking time to chat informally with the rest of the participants.
