Discover the Ateneu Barcelonès: A Cultural Haven in Barcelona

You  will have the opportunity to see its headquarters, the Savassona Palace, and visit the impressive library, renowned for its extensive collection and serving as a valuable resource for researchers and scholars.

You will have the opportunity to learn about the different activities that the Ateneu offers to its members and the general public and enjoy the concert they have scheduled, performed by Antonio Areal in the framework of the cycle “Musical Oasis: understanding music”.

The visit concludes in the quiet Garden of the Ateneu Barcelonès, where you can gather, relax, and enjoy a glass of cava.

PROGRAMME

6.00 pm. Arrival of the attendees and welcome by a member of the Ateneu's Board, followed by a visit to the Library.

6.30 pm. Concert Cycle ‘Musical Oasis: understanding music’.

Unique cycle of concerts in collaboration with the ESMUC. We invite you to immerse yourself in an activity that fuses the concert experience with a didactic conference around the works of renowned composers. Each recital will become a true oasis of knowledge, where critics, composers and musicians will reveal the secrets of the pieces through a deep and passionate narration. A sensory and intellectual journey that will allow you to enjoy music from a unique and enriching perspective.
