The oldest venue of its kind on the Iberian Peninsula, Jamboree, a club devoted to jazz, blues and associated rhythms, is about to host show number 25,000. To celebrate this great event, a programme that pays tribute to the finest black music.

Led by Myriam Swanson, Magnolia is a smooth but hard-hitting quartet deeply infused with the American spirit. The band revisits the classics and presents a fascinating repertoire based on songs made famous by Ella Fitzgerald, Etta James, Sarah Vaughan, Rosemary Clooney and so on. From 1930s Broadway to the musicals of Cole Porter in the 1950s.
