Two outstanding artistes from the world of dance-theatre and music and their accompanists merge creative universes in a high intensity audio and visual show.
Welcome to the Eden Club. Five musicians. Five dancers. At some unspecified time between sunset and sunrise, the club closes its doors to the public and the cha-cha-cha to reveal its other face. Here there is a life where sounds seek answers in the dictionary of shadows, and bodies wake up on a hypnotic dance floor that long lost all its sparkle. We see this dance floor, with its reminiscences of David Lynch and, particularly, Sydney Pollack, and see how the music is constructed, the music of men who have waited since the beginning of time; the music of women who drowsily practice the art of seduction. Two characters on stage: the theatre director, dancer and choreographer Inés Boza; and the composer and double bass player Giulia Valle, who have teamed up to blur the stylistic borders through new languages. As a result of their joint effort, superb sound, embodied in dance, opens up infinite narrative layers before us.
