Registration is open to everyone over the age of 16.
Through the Citizen Help and Information Office (OAC) or you can also do it via the Virtual Procedures Office.

No. Individuals over the age of 16 are registered as sole users, that is, each applicant generates an individual registration.
No. Minors under the age of 16 can access “Gaudir més” venues provided they are accompanied by the member and under the same terms and conditions as them.
Once you have finished the registration process at any of the citizen advice branches, you will be given a printed document showing all the registration details. You will receive a welcome email at the address you provided, after which you can start enjoying your advantages.
If you registered through the Virtual Procedures Office, you will have to download your proof of registration and the following day your registration will be active.
