An experience of the multidisciplinary creation of science fiction imaginaries from Barcelona's underground culture

To mark the launch of the first novel by Sandroide, the sci-fi volume Turbolover de Neobarna (La Máquina, 2023), the author will be talking about the literary universe in which the novel is set and how it took shape and materialised in various forms of expression (such as narrative, music or illustration), always with a production linked to the underground, which is also a source of inspiration for the characters and plots of her sci-fi imaginary. Sandroide writes from and about the underground, reinterpreting it through a vast fictitious universe replete with cyborgs, artificial intelligence and futuristic libertarian warriors. The poet and writer Juan Nicho and the writer, musician and cultural agitator Silvia Resorte will be accompanying the author to provide their view on the Neobarna project.
