Ignasi Arbat

Ignasi Arbat is a film critic, director and host of the podcast Ningú no és perfecte, a programme specialising in film, series and comics in the fantastical genre which has been airing for 23 years, making it one of the most longstanding podcasts in Catalan. The programme is also broadcast on around 20 local radio stations. He also offers his film critiques every week on Ràdio Capital de L’Empordà’s programme Supermatí and on the newscasts on TV Costa Brava. He is a Star Trek expert and scholar and contributes to the YouTube channel ‘Cosas de Star Trek’ and the Star Trek podcast in Catalan He is one of the organisers of the Science Fiction, Fantasy and Terror Conference of Girona, along with the Oci Ficció association and the Carles Rahola Public Library of Girona.
