This book club is designed to explore the world of fantasy genres from a feminist perspective. We’ll be reading works by women authors from all over the world who have used fantasy, science fiction and horror to reflect on socio-economic organisation, social hierarchies shaped by gender or race, family or interpersonal ties... Through less realist novels and accounts we’ll question the world we live in.
