Álvaro Colomer
Álvaro Colomer (Barcelona, 1973) is a writer and journalist. He has written the novels La calle de los suicidios (2000), Los bosques de Upsala (2009) and Aunque caminen por el valle de la muerte (2017). He is also the author of the nonfiction books Se alquila una mujer (2004) and Guardianes de la memoria (2020). As a journalist, he is the editorial coordinator of the magazine Zenda and a contributor to La Vanguardia, Cadena Ser and other media. He is a board member of the Collegial Association of Writers of Catalonia. He has published youth books in fantastical genres like the saga Terror en la red and Ahora llega el silencio (Montena, 2019), the dystopian novel that won the Jaén Award.
