All the sculpture, painting and medal collections from the 19th and 20th centuries at the Museu Frederic Marès in one publication.

Catalogue raisonné of the sculpture, painting and medal collections from the 19th and 20th centuries. It comprises the cataloguing of almost 400 items collected by Frederic Marès, who, in addition to sculpture, was also interested in other artistic disciplines.

A study text is included for each of the sections, followed by the fact files for each piece, in which there is an explanatory text in the case of sculpture and painting. At the end of the catalogue, the presentation, the text on the history of the collections and the introductory texts of the three sections are translated into Spanish and English. Finally, it is worth highlighting the interactivity that a digital publication allows, in that, as well as links that connect the items to each other, it includes an image gallery that allows the user to browse, in a very visual way, all the pieces in the catalogue and go to the corresponding file.

This edition completes the cataloguing of the Museum’s sculpture and painting, which began with the following catalogues: Catàleg d’escultura i pintura medieval.
