This book is the result of research cataloguing organs that can be found in the Gràcia district of Barcelona, as well as comments by some of the organ players who work or live there. The research led to the discovery of organs that have since disappeared. As well, there are references related to the group of organ players that settled in Gràcia in the late nineteenth century and well into the twentieth century, which made this area a key location regarding Catalonia’s romantic organ tradition.
