Cisco and Pineta are a couple of smaller giants linked to the Colònies Jordi Turull, educational youth camps run by the Catholic school Escola Pia. They are the children of two traditional giants, Tano and Estiveta. They are the king and queen of a very small country and have the sweet features of children, as if they had been taken out of a fairy tale. In fact, when they first appeared, they were a real novelty as regards festival figures in the city.

They were built initially to liven up the activities the Escola Pia Fathers organised for the youth camps in the Pineta Valley, Huesca, as well as to introduce the kids to the world of giants and give them a chance to carry some that were not very heavy.

The job of constructing Cisco and Pineta was given to the image-maker Domènec Umbert, who used a design by the illustrator Rita Culla. They were finished in 1985 and for many years they were carried by the Sant Josep de Calassanç giant-carriers.

In 1999, after many outings and dances, they were in need of restoration, a task given to Manel Casserras i Solé.

A decade later, in 2010, Cisco and Pineta were given to the Colla de Geganters i Grallers de Sant Antoni, the group that is responsible for taking them out today. They take part in their neighbourhood festival, as well as the two big city festivals, La Mercè and Santa Eulàlia, when they are often accompanied by their parents, Tano and Estiveta. When they aren't out on the streets, they are on display at the Escola Pia school entrance in Sant Antoni, with other neighbourhood giants.
