Henrio
Henrio is singer-songwriter and producer Enric Verdaguer's stage name. The artist lived in Liverpool for four years, where he studied composition and music production at LIPA, the university founded by Paul McCartney. After being the vocalist on pianist Clara Peya’s last tour, he started his own project under this new identity. He first released the EP Help Me Understand and then Somewhere, Sometimes, his debut album, with which he is currently touring.
In Catalan and English, this album is a Catalan homecoming. It's about retracing the steps during four years of personal exploration, reconnecting with bonds put on hold by the distance, readapting and going back to a life left behind. This album was created to explain what one experiences in this strange transitional space, flooded by a wandering nostalgia, a corroboration of the passing of time and observing that some things change but others not so much.
