Demo space for learning about passive, net zero houses

ShowPass highlights the advantages of a passive house in terms of comfort, health and energy savings, applying its strategies in a typical Mediterranean house. Energiehaus has designed ShowPass based on the international EnerPHit Plus retrofitting standard, earning the “Step by Step” certificate. This certified carbon neutral building uses photovoltaic panels to produce a large part of the daily energy usage for a family of four.
