Over the years he has led several projects with a strong focus on Innovation and design. During his tenure as CEO of Lékué, he experienced the evolution of people-centred organisations, with confidence, transparency, a higher purpose, and the central role of design. He is currently accompanying organisations in their evolution towards self-management and fullness. He founded Krisos — with the symbolism of metamorphosis — to transform companies in crisis into a self-managed organisation, where all people contribute fully and ensuring their sustainability.
