Barcelona's home-grown talent, and the talent that chooses to move to our city in order to develop their professional careers, find that, in addition to its unique attractiveness, the city offers a wide range of training and a large entrepreneurial and business ecosystem that sets it apart from other European cities. But what is the profile of the talent working in Barcelona and its Metropolitan Area?
In this session, we present “The Barcelona Talent Map”, an initiative led by Barcelona Activa, in collaboration with LinkedIn. It shows the behaviour, trends and evolution of talent in Barcelona and opens a forum for debate about the talent economy. This report is part of the Barcelona, City of Talent Government Measure, which contains municipal initiatives and policies for the generation, development, attraction and retention of talent in Barcelona, while also complementing the strategy for fostering talent prioritised in the new Barcelona Green Deal economic agenda.
Deputy Major of Barcelona City Council, Laia Bonet, will take part for the closing of the session.
