Diploma in Labor Relations from the University of Barcelona, she has a degree in Work Sciences from the UOC and has also studied law. Postgraduate qualification in Labor Relations and Collective Business from the University of Barcelona. In 2016, she joined the Secretariat of Catalonia as secretary of Union Policy, a post which was revalidated at the 16th Congress and which combined with the coordination of the External Area of the union. She is part of the Council of Labour Relations and the Board of Trustees of the Court of Labour of Catalonia, the Council of Management of the SOC and the Council of Social Dialogue Monitoring Commission.
