Deputy Mayor for 2030 Agenda, Digital Transition, Sport, Territorial and Metropolitan Coordination at Barcelona City Council. She graduated in Law and was Professor of Administrative Law (Pompeu Fabra University) and also Professor of Communications Law (Blanquerna University). She was secretary of the Government of Catalonia from 2007 to 2010, and a member of the Catalan Parliament from 2010 to 2012, where she was the deputy spokesperson of the Socialist Group
