The twins Javier and Sergio Torres, born in Barcelona in 1970, were clear about their culinary vocation when they were children. Thanks to that, to their training and treating their product from a technical and sensory perspective, their Dos Cielos restaurant in Barcelona earned two stars in the 2018 Michelin Guide. After it closed, they got the two stars back in the 2019 Guide for their new restaurant Cocina Hermanos Torres.
