A journalist by training and communicator by devotion, she began her gastronomic career on the radio. Co-founder of the Gastronomistas portal, she collaborates with various specialised media and moderates talks, presentations and culinary demonstrations at fairs, conferences and congresses in the sector. She is the author of a food and wine guide to Catalonia, a story about ratafia, a small saffron recipe book and a notebook about markets and seasonal products.
