First of all, prepare a syrup from the whisky and the sugar.
Make the coffee and when the syrup is just ready, whip up the cream. Then flambé the syrup to burn off all its alcohol.
Finally, all you need do is pour each ingredient into the glass separately and carefully: first the whisky syrup, then the coffee and finally the whipped cream.
