This new anthology enables us to delve deeper into the life and works of Francesc Pi i Margall, a socialist republican in revolution whose thinking was based on an understanding of three key aspects: federalism, socialism and the colonial issue.

The book launch, for which prior booking is required, offers an in-depth look into the work of Francesc Pi i Maragall, providing access to a whole array of experiences, issues and social processes in Spanish history. Highlights include attempts to upend, from a republican and federal perspective, the construction of the liberal State, the explicitly socialist aspect of democracy and the contexts of war and anti-imperial revolution.
