Chief Data Officer
Director of the Municipal Data Office (OMD) at the Barcelona City Council.
He holds a Degree in Geography (UAB, 1988), a Master’s Degree in Regional, Urban and Metropolitan Studies (UAB, 1990), a Postgraduate Degree in Geographic Information Systems (UdG, 1999), and a Master’s Degree in Intelligence Analysis (UB, 2014). As Chief Data Officer (CDO) at Barcelona City Council, his mission is to promote data governance, analysis and dissemination to enhance the city’s administration and services.
