Juno House: A women's club to grow, connect and collaborate
Juno House was born as an inspiring environment with the purpose of meeting the needs of today's women, bringing personal well-being and professional development together under one roof.

Juno House is the first member club in Barcelona designed with this unique approach. Located in the emblematic Farinera d’Aribau, a former flour mill in the Sant Gervasi neighbourhood, it offers both business services and relaxing areas, with special focus on motherhood and the work-life balance, aiming to create synergies within the women’s community.
A project with New York roots
It was after becoming a mother that Natalie Batlle, a Chicago native, realised the difficulties of reconciling family life with her career. After discovering women’s clubs in the United States, she decided to import this concept to Barcelona.
In America she had met Liana Grieg and shared her love of Barcelona with her. It was in this city where they met Eva Vila-Massanas, also with professional experience abroad, and together they set up this project inspired by the clubs of New York and London.
1,400 square feet to boost professional success
This large space has several areas designed to adapt to the members’ daily life. La Nau is the main area of co-creation and development, where events, meetings, gatherings and even audiovisual productions take place.
On the other hand, there is the Farinera, a more intimate, personal refuge where each floor offers a different activity: a fitness program with multiple specialities, a floor dedicated to self-care and well-being, a space for mothers and children, and a cocktail bar where to relax and socialise.
A collaborative, diverse community
The co-founders seek to create a diverse club with women of all ages and from different professional sectors, and above all, different nationalities. The club has aroused great interest, which is why they are analysing the entry requests received to offer the members the most diverse and enriching environment possible. There is an application form for club membership and individual and corporate fees.
