LGTBI+ Diversity inclusion in the workplace
This round table, organised in collaboration with the association REDI (Red Empresarial por la Diversidad e Inclusión LGBTI+), will look at the challenges and opportunities of including LGBTI talent to help with the cultural transformation and innovation of companies, and how diversity in the context of work can improve innovation and business results.
We will also be talking about the inspirational experiences of multinational companies in this sphere and what sets Barcelona apart from the rest of the countries in the EU and the world.
